The Organisation’s performance evaluation is a critical element for continuous improvement and encompasses various aspects from product or service compliance and satisfaction of customer and other interested parties requirements, through legal compliance be it from an environmental and safety point of view to health and social responsibility, by measuring energy efficiency, by reactivating business after disruptive accidents and by measuring interested parties satisfaction.
For all these aspects, data must be monitored, measured and analysed to control relevant management information (individual, process and strategic objectives) and, together with the results of the internal audits, allow for improvement.
In the management reviews, all the Organisation’s results are analysed and the overall performance balance is made.
